What is The Hare That Cares?

We are made up of a mother-daughter duo committed to spreading awareness and emphasising the importance of children’s mental health. With years of experience between us, we created a unique way of helping kids learn about and express their own feelings. Also, we make sure children understand that it is normal to not feel okay sometimes and there are many ways to make them feel better. Our main tools are Creative Therapy (currently via Zoom) and our bestselling Self-Care Journal which we are hoping to spread to schools throughout the UK.
